HSB Södertörn is driven by ideals and owned by its members. It is one of 23 regional associations in Sweden. They operate in Huddinge, Botkyrka, Nynäshamn, and on the island of Gotland. HSB Södertörn has nearly 23,000 members, and their property management covers 14,300 apartments. They construct housing and offer qualified property management services in all municipalities. Approximately 100 curious and service-oriented individuals work at HSB Södertörn.

We at Asta Agency are collaborating with HSB Södertörn in this recruitment process. The process is handled through Asta Agency, and you will be employed directly by HSB Södertörn.

As a Project Manager at HSB Södertörn, you will drive construction projects from early needs dialogues through to completion and final inspection. The role involves working consultatively, primarily with housing cooperatives (bostadsrättsföreningar), and is responsible for creating secure, business-minded, and sustainable projects throughout the entire process. You will lead projects involving renovation, reconstruction, and extensions, such as pipe replacements, land projects, and other ROT-related assignments.

In this role, you are responsible for:

• Budgets, schedules, procurement, project management, customer dialogue, and contact with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

• Preparing inquiry documents, participating in bid evaluations, leading construction meetings, and ensuring that projects are carried out according to agreed quality, economy, and schedule.

• The scope of projects varies, meaning you may drive a few larger projects or several smaller ones in parallel.

• You will become part of an experienced team with strong competence in construction project management, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and common working methods are important parts of daily life.

You have a structured approach to work, good communication skills, and a natural ability to build trust at various stages of the project. Additionally, you have:

• Relevant education in project management, construction, real estate, or equivalent experience.

• Several years of experience driving projects within renovation, reconstruction, or extensions.

• Good understanding of the different stages of the construction process, from early phases to final inspection.

• Experience with budgets, calculations, scheduling, and economic follow-up in projects.

• Experience with procurement and working with contractors and consultants.

• Knowledge of contracting law and relevant standard contracts, such as ABT 06, AB 04, or ABK 09.

• Good digital skills and experience with relevant project tools.

• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Class B driver's license.

Meritorious experience:

• Experience or competence within HVAC (VVS).

• Experience with projects related to housing cooperatives.

• Experience with energy efficiency, sustainable material choices, or climate-adapted solutions.

• Experience with other ROT-related special areas.
